Refund policy

Exchange and return are the right of every customer who has purchased from us, but according to the following conditions:

1 - If you receive a product that is different from the product you ordered, we have the right to replace the product, provided that the product or the outer plastic wrapper has not been opened, and the delivery costs are on us because the mistake is ours.

2 - If you received the product and changed your mind and want to exchange it for another product, there is no problem. We can exchange it, provided that it is not opened, and the delivery costs will be borne by the customer.

3- If you received the product and changed your mind before 3 days, and want to return it and get your money back. You have the right, but on the condition that the product is not opened and the delivery and receipt costs are borne by the customer.
